This single grape FrenchBrandy is aged to perfection in a 18th century stone cellar close to the Atlantic Ocean where the naturally cool and humid environment reduces evaporation loss from the oak casks. Gentle oak aging is key to preserving varietal character. This 100% Chardonnay French brandy is carefully crafted with grapes harvested in the coastal region of Charente Maritime in the South West of France, either from our estate vineyards or from selected local vineyards.
The grapes are transformed into a high-quality base wine which is then double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills Monteru single grape brandy is handcrafted in small batches by our Master Distiller to ensure quality at every step of the process.
Tasting Note: Creamy aromas with notes of curus and white grapefruit. Hints of toasted almonds on the palate. It is both fresh and balanced with a touch of brioche on the finish. laste profile: citrus, creamy and toasted.
