What are your operating hours?
9am - 6pm daily, except public holiday and weekends
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed during our working hours. For same-day delivery, place your order before 3 PM.Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit & debit card and Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we don’t offer cash on delivery at the moment.Can I change my order after placing it?

Leave a message with delivery instructions, and make sure someone is available to receive the order. Since wine is sensitive to temperature and sunlight, we aren’t responsible for any damage or loss after delivery. -

What are your delivery options?
Standard Delivery: 1-3 working days within Klang Valley for RM 15.
Free Delivery: Free shipping for orders of minimum RM220.
Same-Day Delivery: RM 20 flat rate for orders placed before 3 PM on working days.
Do you deliver outside Klang Valley?
Currently, we only deliver within Klang Valley. Feel free to ask if you’re unsure about your area!Can I pick up my order?

What should I do if I receive the wrong wine or a damaged bottle?
Just take a photo and contact our customer service team. We’ll arrange for a replacement right away.How long do I have to report a spoiled wine?
The sooner, the better! If your wine arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us immediately with a photo. A replacement of refund will be will be offered after our inspection.How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds typically take 7-10 days to process and will be credited back to your original payment. If you prefer, we can exchange the wine for you.
