Welcome to Gato! We’re excited to have you here. These simple terms help ensure a smooth experience for everyone. By using our services, you agree to the following.

  • Operating Hours:
    We’re open Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM. We take a break on weekends and public holidays.

    Order Processing:
    Orders are processed during our working hours. If you place an order after 3 PM, don’t worry—we’ll handle it the next business day.

  • Payment Methods:
    We accept credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers. For now, we don’t offer cash on delivery. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, making checkout easy and safe.

    Double-Check Your Cart:
    Before checking out, please make sure your order is just the way you want it. We can’t make changes once the payment goes through.

    Order Confirmation:
    Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice.

    Cancellations:
    Unfortunately, once an order is paid for, it can’t be canceled. However, if a product is unavailable, we’ll call you with an alternative or give you the option to cancel.

  • Standard Delivery:
    We deliver within Klang Valley, and it usually takes 1-3 working days. Standard delivery costs RM 13.

    Free Delivery:
    Spend RM 300 or more, and your delivery is on us!

    Same-Day Delivery:
    Need it today? For RM 20, we’ll get it to you on the same day if you order before 3 PM (weekdays only).

    Where We Deliver:
    Right now, we only deliver within Klang Valley. If you’re unsure whether we can reach you, just ask!

    Delivery Notifications:
    We’ll send you a text before delivery so you can be ready.

    Delivery Responsibility:
    Wine needs a little extra care, so please make sure someone is available to receive the order. We can’t be responsible for any damage or loss once the wine is delivered.

  • Corporate Gifts:
    Looking for something special for your clients? We offer customizable corporate gift packages. Reach out to us to discuss.

    Personal Gifts:
    Want to add a personal touch? You can include a message with your gift. Gift orders usually take 1-3 working days to process.

    Scheduled Deliveries:
    You can schedule your gift delivery for a specific date. Just leave a note when you order or contact us directly.

  • Where’s the Wine From?:
    All our wines come from licensed importers and are fully taxed according to Malaysian law.

    How We Store It:
    Our wines are kept in a temperature-controlled warehouse, ensuring they stay in perfect condition until they reach you.

    If We Run Out:
    If the wine you ordered is unavailable, we’ll give you a call to suggest a similar option or let you cancel the order.

  • Final Sales:
    All sales are final once payment is made.

    Defective Products:
    If your wine arrives spoiled or damaged, don’t worry! Snap a photo and contact us, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.

    Refund Process:
    Refunds take 7-14 days to process and will be issued to your original payment method. If you’d prefer, we can arrange an exchange instead.
